Founded in 1998, Innovative Management Consulting, Inc. is a Boston based, woman-owned, Consulting and Technology firm. We help the Law Enforcement Community improve its response to crime and terrorism, by fostering the advancement of organizational dynamics, and the development and implementation of improved technologies. We also facilitate interoperability between Local, State and Federal Agencies.
We advance traditional methods of policing by making it simple to evaluate crime data, measure past performance, and plan for future risk. This results in:

We offer recommendations for the state-of-art solutions, and prepare long term plans to include future technologies.In other words, in terms of Technology, we identify where you are, and help you get to where you want to be.
- Organizational Strategy Consulting Services - We identify areas in need of improvement, review resource allocation and command structure, and develop plans and policies in support of the Compstat process and the data-driven model of Predictive Policing. A risk/threat assessment is a new addition to this service.
- Information Analysis Products - We develop and customize easy to use web based applications for the community and law enforcement that raise the bar for keeping individuals and neighborhoods safer. These products are and ic•COPSTM.
